Houses we have finished.
Every one of these was drawn, permitted and built by the same nine people. Square footages are under air. Dates are the certificate of occupancy, not the day we stopped working.
Bayfront residence, Manalapan
Four bedrooms over two floors, glazed to the water on the west elevation. The overhang is deep enough that the glass is in shade by four o’clock, which is the difference between a room you use in August and a room you close the blinds on.

Courtyard house, Delray Beach
Built around a pool courtyard so every room faces in and the street sees a wall. Coquina stone, cypress soffits, and a roof assembly rated for a hundred and seventy mile an hour gust because the lot is four blocks from the ocean.

Guest house and studio, Jupiter
A small building on a tight lot, done properly. Nine hundred square feet, one clean structural span, and a bathroom finished to the same standard as the main house. The smallest job we have taken and one of the better ones.

Ridge Road, Boca Raton
A 1978 ranch taken back to the slab and rebuilt as a single storey courtyard house. Keeping the slab saved four months and about nine per cent, and it is the only reason the project worked at that budget.

Intracoastal dock house, Lantana
Two bedrooms, a boat lift, and a ground floor designed to flood and dry out. Everything mechanical lives on the first floor. Not glamorous, and the only sensible way to build on that lot.
