A house here has to survive the weather and the light.
Salt air, afternoon storms and a sun that finds every shortcut. We build for the climate first and decorate second, which is why our houses still look like this in year ten.
One project at a time, from the survey to the certificate of occupancy. The same people you meet at the start are the ones who hand you the keys.

Bayfront residence, Manalapan
Four bedrooms over two floors, glazed to the water on the west elevation with a deep overhang so the glass is in shade by four o’clock. Completed 2025.
Courtyard house, Delray Beach
Built around a pool courtyard so every room faces in. Coquina stone, cypress soffits, and a roof designed to take a hundred and seventy mile an hour gust. Completed 2025.
Guest house and studio, Jupiter
A small building on a tight lot, done properly. Nine hundred square feet, one clean span, and a bathroom that looks like the main house. Completed 2024.
How it goes
Four stages, and you know the number before we break ground.
Site and feasibility
We walk the lot, pull the survey, and tell you what it will actually cost to build there. Setbacks, flood elevation, tree ordinance, and whether the lot is worth what you are being asked for it.
Design and permit
Drawings with your architect, or ours. We take the plans through the county so you are not the one chasing the reviewer, and we price the job off finished drawings rather than a guess.
Build
One superintendent, on your job, reachable. Photographs every Friday and a schedule you can hold us to. Change orders in writing before the work happens, never after.
Close out and warranty
Punch list walked with you, manuals and warranties handed over in one folder, and a year of callbacks included. We answer the phone after you move in.
