two free builds left this month

Tell me about the business.

Fifteen minutes on the phone and I will tell you straight whether I can help, which price applies to you, or whether you would be better off keeping your money. No pitch, and no follow-up sequence if the answer is no.

To save us both time

Six things worth having ready

You do not need any of this to ring me. It just makes the fifteen minutes considerably more useful.

01

What the business does

In your own plain words. Not the polished version.

02

Who rings you

And what they usually want when they do.

03

Your current site

If you have one. Have it open on your phone.

04

Whether you have photographs

Or whether we need a plan for getting some.

05

Your hours and service area

Google wants these and so do your customers.

06

The number you answer

The one that should ring, not the one on the old flyer.

Before you call

Two things I would rather you heard now

The build can be free. Running a website is not free for anybody. A domain is about $15 a year and hosting is somewhere around $5 to $12 a month, paid by you, directly, in your name. I do not take a cut and I do not mark them up. I say this before the call rather than during it because a surprise on the first bill is how trust gets lost.

I might tell you not to bother. If your current site loads fast on a phone, your number dials when tapped, and Google has your hours right, you may not need a new website at all. I would rather say that in fifteen minutes than take your money and agree with you.
