What this website collects, in plain English
Short version: this website has no contact form, no comments, no advertising trackers and no third party fonts. If you ring, email, or apply through one of my Facebook or Instagram ads, I keep what you send me so I can answer it. If I have connected Google Analytics, it counts visits. That is the whole of it.
Last updated 2026. If this page ever stops matching what the site actually does, the page is wrong and I want to know.
Who is asking
This site is run by Howard Kessa, a one person web design business in West Palm Beach, Florida. There is no team, no parent company and nobody else with access to it.
For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what I hold about you, call or text me on (561) 559-8185. You will reach me, not a ticket queue.
What this site does not do
- No contact form on this website, so nothing is submitted or stored here. Ad enquiries go through Meta’s form, described below.
- No comments, and they are switched off at the server
- No advertising pixels and no retargeting
- No fonts, scripts or images loaded from anybody else’s servers
- Nothing is sold, rented or shared with data brokers, ever
The typefaces are hosted here, not by Google. Most websites load fonts from Google’s servers, which tells Google about every visitor. This one carries its own copies, so loading a page here contacts nobody but this server.
What actually gets collected
Server logs
The hosting company records the usual: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and which browser asked. This is how every web server on earth works and it is what makes it possible to spot an attack. I do not use these logs to build a profile of anybody and I do not link them to a name.

I use Google Analytics through Google’s own Site Kit plugin to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and tells Google your approximate location, device and the pages you viewed. It does not tell me who you are. If you would rather not be counted, any browser tracker blocker stops it, and Google publishes an opt out add on.

I run ads that use Meta’s own instant forms. If you fill one in, you give Meta your name, phone number, email, business name, what kind of business it is, whether you have a website now, whether you can send photographs, and whether you would be willing to give a testimonial. Meta collects that, then passes it to me.
Two things worth knowing. Meta holds a copy under its own privacy policy, which I do not control. And I will text or ring you about your application, usually within minutes, because that is the whole point of you filling it in. Reply STOP or just say so and I will not contact you again.

Whatever you send me: your name, your number, what your business does, and any photographs or words you share while we work out whether to work together. I keep it because I need it to answer you. I do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

The things a job needs: contact details, invoicing details, the photographs and words for your site, and the logins required to build and hand over the site. Your domain and hosting stay in your name on your own card, so I never hold your payment details.

If analytics is connected, Google sets cookies to tell a returning visitor from a new one. The caching plugin may set a technical cookie so pages load faster. Nothing here sets an advertising cookie.
There is no cookie banner because I would rather not put a wall in front of a page for something this small. If you block cookies the site works exactly the same, which is the test I think a banner should have to pass.
What you can ask for
Ask me what I hold about you and I will tell you. Ask me to correct it and I will. Ask me to delete it and I will, unless it is something I am legally required to keep, such as an invoice. No form to fill in and no fee.
Depending on where you live you may have these as legal rights rather than as a courtesy. Either way the answer is the same.
The sites shown in the portfolio
Every website in the work section is a demonstration build I made to show range. The businesses, people, addresses, prices and reviews in them are invented. They are not real companies and no real person’s information appears in them. Work for an actual client only appears here with that client’s permission.
Children
This is a business to business site and it is not aimed at children. I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under thirteen. If you think I have, tell me and I will delete it.
Changes
If I add something that collects data, this page gets updated in the same change, not later. The date at the top is the honest one.
